Return Policy

Return Policy: All Products purchased from us can be returned 30 days from purchase under the following conditions. 

We will accept any products purchased from us that have not been used and still have the tamper seal intact. Any used or opened products will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. We do not refund shipping charges that were applied to your order at the time of purchase.

Shipping : All orders in the US with the exception of Hawaii are sent out UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. If an order is expedited to 3 day UPS then it will leave our warehouse using 3 day service. This does not imply that the order will get  there with in 3 days, it does guarantee that once the order is picked and ready for shipping that it will go out with 3 day UPS service. Please allow 4 to 7 working days fro the delivery of orders with in the united states.

International Shipping:  All International orders will be shipped using the United States Post Office Priority Mail. International orders may take from 14 to 21 working days to arrive. Priority mail is a 7 working day service, however we have seen that since the 911 Tragedy packages coming from the US to International destinations are sometimes delayed in customs. 

We process our orders one day after it has been received. Unless it is on a Friday. Orders received on a Friday will not process until the following Monday or the next day that does not fall in to a Holiday. All orders are shipped complete if there is a backorder situation we will notify the customer in order to determine how to handle the situation. All back order orders are handled on a one by one basis. We will do our best to accommodate our customers.
