What would determine the need for the product

Since I have heard that tinnitus comes and goes. I was curious to know when would you determine that you have a problem and need to seek a product such as as arches.

I guess it will depend upon a person's tolerance to the problem. If he or she can live with the ringing, then he can opt to just bear it out. If he finds it uncomfortable, then it should be Arches to the rescue!

Thank you very much. I noticed that you said in another thread, that it can come and go. In fact when I was younger I had a slight ringing in my ears off and one. Not enough to really bother for the most part, but at times it was annoying. Over the last 10 years or so I have noticed it no longer is happening.

Do you have any information on why it would come and go.

If the problem is persistent you should consult a doctor first to determine whether it really is tinnitus. Tinnitus and fullness of the ear in Ménière’s disease may come and go with changes in hearing. Of course you can take Arches as a supplement on in combination with other drugs once it is determined!
