There are a number of herbal alternatives available and seeking one that is right for you is the key. But do not just ask your doctor as many of them will tell you that alternative treatments are not useful. You would need to make sure that you visit a doctor that uses alternative methods of treatment.

Hi Attagirl, this can be especially true of doctors in the UK who are still some time away from embrassing more alternative treatments although there is at least now some movement in some areas of alternative medicines

I personally is pro alternative healing. Alternative for me means it can be a second choice so it doesn't necessarily replace the good old traditional medicine. And it complement that too.

That is my thought as well. Sometimes though the body gets used to one thing and unless you are willing to try other methods than it can be a problem in the long run.
