Well I'm on my third day and not expecting miracles - no sign of any progress yet, My tummy has been a bit of today - but who knows if its related to my new regime  |

| That happens you know. When you body is taking something it is not used to then there is bound to be somethings that are a little off until it gets used to it. |

| Day 30.. I'm still here and still alive, my tummy has settled down now, still waiting for my tinnitis to reduce and my fingers are crossed |
