| I read somewhere that gingko is not really effective across all tinnitus sufferers. Seems like either benefits you or not at all. How true is this? |

| In my opinion it can be safely prescribed to any tinnitus patients. It does not have any side effects and is beneficial to the sufferers. In most cases it is very effective too. |
