From my research, I have found out that Barry Keate created the Arches tinnitus supplement. Any background on the man? Is he a doctor or better yet, an ear expert?

To my knowledge he is someone who has delt with tinnitus for a number of years and is not a doctor or a ear specialist. I am sure that he like many others have hired the appropriate people so that he would be able to achieve what he set out to do.

I beleive he is although I cannot find a definative answer to your question. He has hired well though in Otolaryngologist Michael Seidman, MD, one of the leading tinnitus authorities in the United States

I too am having a hard time finding the information I am looking for on him. I did remember reading somewhere that he is from the UK. But I could be wrong though.
