Have any of you read the above book, it get pretty good reviews on Amazon, or if you have not can you suggest something for me that is not to 'medical' ? |

| I think this book will benefit me. I actually work for a contact center so I have these headsets over the my ears all day. And because it's my job, I can 't do anything about it. But I guess this book would help maximize my ear's relaxation when I'm not at work. |

| Yep, it would its very important we keep our hearing protected - its one of those things you take some much for granted but to be without would be terrible |

| Yep turning down the volume is a good way to deal with it, thats why it is better to buy noise canceling headphones than the loud ones to drown out sound. |
