Diet can help relieve Tinnitus

To all people suffering from tinnitus, you can try following a three day vegetable juice and fruit diet. This method is known to help clear the ears of clogging mucus.

After which, a four week garlic juice therapy should be followed. This one is for lowering one's blood pressure and eventually relaxing those tiny blood vessels in the ear.

I'd have a really tough job persuading my Father to go on a three day fruit & vegetable diet - he's a meat eater through & through.

It might help with his Tinnitus, but I bet he'd be as grumpy as hell to live with.

I think I'll keep checking out the herbal remedies

You may have a bit of trouble persuading him, but in the long term its surely worth his while to look at any alternatives, its not as though the diet is for life!

True - but he is of the generation that is not easily persuaded! Although the Tinnitus is driving him crazy, so I guess he'd be prepared to try anything once....

Diet can help relieve alot of things so i am sure it would help with the effects of tinnitus. Not sure if it would cure it though.
